Kalamata Olives
All Savoury Food Kalamata olives are handpicked only when the olives have ripened on the tree, usually between the months of late October to mid December. The process of handpicking these "little fruits" ensures that the olives are not bruised, keeps the very mature olive trees intact. The majority of our trees are over 100-150 years old, thus preserving and cultivating them properly is imperative.
